This Privacy Policy explains how ARCHECO Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ohbag mobile application (the “App”). ohbag is an AI travel concierge that helps hotel guests send luggage ahead, plan and navigate day tours, book rides, order room service and food, reserve restaurants, check in, connect to Wi-Fi, and contact the front desk. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) the identifier provided by that service.
- Profile information — an optional profile photo you choose to upload.
- Stay & service details — the hotel you check in to, room information, and the content of requests you make (e.g., tour preferences, orders, reservations).
- Luggage delivery details — sender and recipient names, postal addresses, and phone numbers needed to arrange shipments.
- Location information — your precise location, when you grant permission, to show nearby places and provide turn-by-turn tour navigation.
- Chat content — the messages, questions, and voice input you provide to the in-app AI assistant and to the hotel front desk.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive transaction records (such as amount, status, and last four digits) but do not store full card numbers.
- Device & usage information — device type, app version, push notification tokens, and basic logs used to operate and troubleshoot the App.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the App’s features (luggage delivery, tours and navigation, rides, room service and food, restaurant reservations, check-in, Wi-Fi and hotel information, and front-desk contact).
- To generate AI assistant responses to your requests.
- To process payments and deliver confirmations and receipts.
- To send service-related notifications (e.g., order and delivery status).
- To provide customer support and keep the App secure and reliable.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- The hotel or facility you are staying at — to fulfill your check-in, orders, requests, and front-desk communications.
- Service providers (processors) acting on our behalf, including:
- Supabase — backend hosting and database.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google (Gemini API) — to generate AI assistant responses from your chat input.
- Yamato Transport — to arrange luggage pickup and delivery.
- Apple and Google — for sign-in and push notifications.
- Map and location providers — to display maps and places.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app or third-party advertising tracking.
4. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
5. Your Choices & Rights
- You can edit your profile and manage notification preferences in the App.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account > Delete account; this removes your account and associated personal data, subject to limited legal retention.
- You can disable location, camera, microphone, and notification permissions in your device settings.
- Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the service providers listed above. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection for such transfers.
8. Children
The App is intended for adult travelers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
